From the very beginning, the project was conceived to blend seamlessly with its surroundings. Timber construction minimized the use of concrete, while modular facades ensured materials could be easily replaced and recycled. Generous green spaces and a garden-facing design created a natural extension of the landscape, fostering both well-being and a strong sense of integration.
